The Indian Armed Forces celebrated International Day of Yoga on June 21, 2026, with events held in multiple locations across the country.
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh led the celebrations in Shillong, joined by Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh and other air personnel.
In Tezpur, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi participated in the festivities alongside troops, while naval platforms also took part in the observance.
